Alternatively, taking astragulus tea also works toward the same end. Cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, calendula, and golden seal are some of the herbs that curb the yeast responsible for infection.

Tea Douches

Make teas or dilute tinctures of any of the herbs: thyme, golden seal, chamomile, calendula, and myrrh. Use this drink once a day but not in case of pregnancy.

Tincture With Oil

Blend oils of tea tree, thyme, or both of these with calendula and tincture of golden seal. Apply this mixture as an anti-yeast lotion.
