You might need to push someone further than they think that they can go, because it is part of your job to get them feeling better and to get them being better. If you are going to be a wheel chair devotee you need to know that you might have to get tough with some of your clients, in order to make sure that they are able to make a full recovery.
It should be a wheel chair devotee's goal to make their clients be able to handle life on their own, even in the wheel chair. This is something that many people don't think of as being important, but to a wheel chair devotee, it is the way that you have to treat your client. You have to help them to understand that they need to live their lives, in the chair, the same as they would live their lives out of the chair.
