The Inches a Weigh Weight Loss Program

A relatively newer weight loss program, Inches A Weigh aims to target three areas at once. It offers its clientele a three pronged weight loss approach focusing on nutrition, figure shaping and cardio.

Nutrition

Similar to Weight Watchers, the Inches a Weigh weight loss program also asks you to keep a diary of what, when and how much of a food you eat. However, it doesn't give you unlimited flexibility as it gives you a menu to follow and a shopping list for the week. This way you don't have any excuses for bad eating habits. You are to make an appointment with a lifestyle counselor once a week and discuss your diary and the challenges you faced.

Figure Shaping

Unlike traditional equipment at gyms, this weight loss program makes the use of toning tables which are specifically targeted for specific body parts, especially areas sensitive to women. Clients enrolled in this weight loss program use each machine for around six minutes each and is a safe alternative to anyone who has knee or back problems as the exercises are far from strenuous.

Cardio

For maximum fat burning, the above two factors can not provide quick results. That is where the cardio part of this weight loss program comes in. With treadmills, elliptical machines and other such equipment, the trainers give women a target heart rate according to their age, height and weight and help achieving that rate for maximum calorie burning.

Cost

The cost of this weight loss program is higher than Weight Watchers and approximately similar to Jenny Craig, but because they are providing women with three parts of weight loss, they are confident the price justifies the results. They even have a guaranteed program of losing 8 to 15 inches in the first three weeks if women stick to their weight loss program. This involves following the menu, drinking the required amount of water, having the extra protein bars and shakes, and visiting the center for their exercise two or three times a week.

Many older women or those with some medical limitations are very happy with the weight loss program provided by Inches A Weigh because it doesn't require exercises that exert them unnecessarily. Others like the three in one approach and feel its worth the approximately $45 a week fee if they see results that are possible to maintain in the long run.
