The real benefit of eating weight loss foods such as negative calorie foods is that there is increased enzymes being produced that are absorbed through the mucosa in the small intestine, which will cause them to enter the bloodstream and, thus positively effect the metabolism rate. However, such a weight loss food should not be taken in conjunction with foods that contain empty calories such as junk food and, thus ensures optimum amounts of enzymes being produced for absorption into the bloodstream. |
