If the weight loss camp assists overweight teenagers in losing weight without giving them the tools to maintain their weight loss, the teenagers will simply regain the weight after leaving the camp. The weight loss camp should provide a long-term plan for the teen to follow.

Slowly but surely, the United States is making an effort to fight the obesity epidemic that has been on the rise for several decades.
