Why It's OK To Have Thigh Cellulite!

Cellulite is, quite simply, fat deposited on areas of your body. What makes it different from normal fat is the dimply and/or uneven appearance that is has which so many women despise! It is a development that occurs particularly in women as cellulite is encouraged to form with the production of estrogen in the body, This can be seen in the way that bottom and thigh cellulite appear and develops after puberty and menopause. Most women spend a huge percentage of their life agonizing over it that it has a huge effect on their lives. Some will go to the extent of spending thousands of dollars to try and get rid of it - only to discover it gets worse, not better!

Treatments - One Huge Con

A poor diet, bad circulation and lack of exercise can all contribute to bottom and thigh cellulite. And there are an extensive range of treatments available today ranging from cellulite pills through to invasive surgery that tries to promote ways to unnaturally reverse this effect. None of these, however, have been proven to be able to remove or diminish the look of cellulite. The anti-cellulite market is a multi-million dollar industry which every year result in more and more disappointed women and money down the drain. All for the sake of a little thigh cellulite! What many women forget is that because cellulite is normal, it cannot be treated! If you go to the beach, have a look around. You'll notice that almost all women will have it to some degree, despite their size, age and build - large, small, fat or thin. And that's because it's normal, not something that needs to be treated.

What To Do

If you feel bad about having a little thigh cellulite, then chances are that you feel bad about your self, and you'd feel bad about something else if your didn't have it. The trick is to try and love yourself al little more, be kind to yourself and it will become obvious that it's not thigh cellulite putting your life on hold, it's you! Try to get regular exercise, as this will help keep your body fat levels healthy, promote circulation and produce feel-good hormones, which will make you feel on top of the world. Eat well, and drink plenty of water. By doing this, you'll find it will probably diminish the look of your cellulite as well as creating a more positive outlook for you. And most important, enjoy yourself - remember to have everything in moderation, and that includes having to have a little thigh cellulite as well!
