Self Hypnosis Technique: Close Your Eyes And BreatheTo try this self hypnosis technique, simply sit or lie down on a comfortable chair or couch and close your eyes. Then, while breathing steadily, try to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Completely relax your body, visualize each muscle relaxing if you have to, and consciously relax your body from your toes to the top of your head.
