This allows them to stay in the workforce without the pressures of the everyday job. Most will work on a part time basis and others will work as a contractor, working only when they want to work, leaving plenty of time for hobbies and other interests.
Being able to be retired on the days they want to be retired and work on the days they feel like working is an advantage many with consulting retirement jobs hold. For others they can make the commitment to be on the job on a regular basis and will be dedicated to the companies choosing to give them the chance.
