  1. Get your beauty sleep, and then some. Although experts would say you need at least eight hours of rest a night, sometimes that is just not possible. But five is not going to cut it either; Jay Leno is not that important. Get a VCR and go to bed.
  2. Fiber does a body better than milk. Taking even one fiber caplet, or eight ounce drink a day can minimize the frequency of traffic jams. You stay balanced, and possibly cellulite free.
  3. Drink up baby. For years you have been told to drink eight glasses of water a day, which you should. New studies are now suggesting you drink at least half of your body weight in water on a daily basis. That should be fun for anyone who weighs more than 120 pounds. Water flushes out the bad stuff and regulates your body's temperature. So buy stock in Evian and get to chugging.
  4. It's time to Jazzer-size! Well, maybe throwing back to the eighties is too much, but exercise is another important natural cellulite remedy. Everyone needs to flex and stretch those muscles. A brisk walk every day could easily do the trick for you.
If you want further aids in your battle against cellulite, some experts suggest using apple cider vinegar and sea salts in a warm bath. Coffee grounds mixed with lotion and applied to the area for five or ten minutes is also said to be helpful. Caffeine is used in many natural cellulite remedies.
