The ambiance, the open space, the grass freshly mowed, and the feeling of freedom it gives makes it an irresistible option. In many cases it is a great deal, too. However, there are instances where mobile home retirement parks have been used as cover for the worst type of scams.

Homes in the mobile home retirement parks cost a small fortune. Normally, people tend to sell their permanent house, buy a caravan and live in a park. So far so good, you will say. However, if you find you have spent your lifetime's earning on a mirage - the deal may not sound so good after all.
