You can also cook the leaves of bottle gourd and use it as a vegetarian dish. It helps in treating insomnia via nutrition. Rauwolfia Rauwolfia is a valuable herb for treating insomnia. It has been used since ancient times for its sedative quality. Mix up to 0.5 gm powder of Rauwolfia root with cardamom and take at night before going to bed. |
