The binge eating may be followed by feelings of guilt and anxiety and so cause them to forcefully eject the food through vomiting or exercising.

Young girls with this ailment may suffer serious electrolyte problems as well as irregular menstrual periods, dehydration, swollen face, sore throat, tooth decay, and a host of other problems. On the other hand, from the available information on eating disorders one may have read, a person with EDNOS may find that people struggle and binge eat or restrict eating for days or months before once again overeating and binge eating.
