Plus, do not be afraid to ask for help, when doing the chores that must be done, from your husband or kids making them part of the house cleaning will make them understand where you are coming from. And lastly, another great thing that you can do for yourself if you want to know how to relieve stress is it to take a few minutes in the shower to take a warm bath before going to bed. This will instantly relieve all the tension that your muscles are feeling and condition your mind relax and make it easier for you to rest and sleep.
