The anger management therapy can be tailor made for specific needs of a certain age or any other classification. This is an excellent idea, if you can manage it over a long period of time. By practicing the exercises prescribed, one can literally get rid of the anger forever.

The best part of it is that you can replicate the anger management therapy exercises making sure that all the members can benefit out of it. Controlling anger is possible, but you will have to be extraordinarily enterprising, hard working and have a reasonable capacity to teach.

The classes should, if possible, be versatile enough to accommodate very young children as well as the older people - 4 to 65 year olds. As they go through the exercise, children and elders alike realize that anger is similar to the worst punishments they knew. Only here you award it to yourself.
